Mondays with Audrey

Another wonderful Monday spent reading, learning, bonding, & eating Chinese noodles with my best buddy ... she even said "this is such a great day!" So it's official! We picked up our official "kindergarten" tee shirt @ the library & we're half way through our summer reading list (two weeks to finish but we are very optimistic).
The pool's lost it's draw ... mostly because the hose has series of small leaks and it won't stay full of enough water for either of us to get in. So we're finding fun in so many other things this final few weeks of summer. The next big thing this summer is to find the school supply list --already bought the uniforms & backpack/lunch bag.
But today's winner has to be the DREAMSICLE ... now that takes me back to my childhood summers. What's better than orange & vanilla together? On a cone, on a stick, in a bowl --we'll take it! Just another Monday treat with Audrey, YUM!
